The call center process begins when a customer registers a call. The call center executive then pre-checks the call details to decide whether the customer call can be solved by remote service or door step service is required.

If the customer call can be solved by remote service, the call center executive will assist the customer over the phone to solve the complaint using anydesk , ultra viewer , rustdesk or teamviewer. If door step service is required, the call center executive will schedule a technician to visit you in your  location near Kerala, Muluppilagadu .
